Ready to take the next step? If you'd like your own office, but don't fancy signing a long contract and having to buy all your furniture, the Hub is the place for you.

Tenants receive 24/7 access to the building, free wi-fi, furnishings, use of the meeting room (some free, some discounted), free tea and coffee and benefit from a great deal of water cooler networking!

Individual offices start from £150 pcm. 

*Please note that whilst you won't be billed for heating and electricity, you will need your own contents insurance and you will be liable for business rates and the BID levy. Luckily, most small businesses here are eligible for business rates relief, but it is your responsibility to contact them.

Kitchen facilities

The kitchen includes a snazzy kettle for the tea lovers, a filter coffee maker, a coffee 'pod' machine, a microwave, dishwasher and small fridge. Tea and coffee are free for all Hub tenants and hot deskers.

Water Cooler

One of the best things about being part of the Hub community? The people you share the wider spaces with, who smile at you and ask how your weekend was when you pass in the corridor, and often know which button to press when your computer won't talk to you!

Free Business Advice

Through our links with BIP we can arrange free business advice sessions around starting up and developing your business. Help includes preparing business plans, applying for grants/loans, marketing, sales and legislative requirements.  Please contact us if you'd like to book a session. We'll host you here at the Hub for free.

Hot Desks at The Hub

Working from home has its perks, but when the broadband is down, the neighbours have builders in or the kids are at home, it can be challenging. How does clear desk space, free wifi, free tea and coffee and a friendly, professional atmosphere sound?

Scanning and limited printing facilities also available.

The Hub offers desk space at £10 for up to 4 hours or £20 for a full day.

If you are here for a week or two, there is a special £65 per week rate available if forward booked and advance paid.

Then there is the "Designated Desk" where you have your own desk, you pay monthly in advance and enjoy all of the other perks of being an office holder, including 24/7 access and use of the meeting room.
